Keto Thai Peanut Chicken – Long Song Thai Chicken

We love Thai food, especially the Long Song Chicken.

The problem is, at our favorite restaurant, I suspect they add too much sugar. And the big unknown, is whether it contains gluten or not.

So I set off to create a recipe with a similar taste.  And voila, introducing my Keto Thai Peanut Chicken – Long Song Thai Chicken.

Mind you, my husband hates chicken, but I took a BIG CHANCE.

Here are most of the ingredients…


Start off by mixing the 1T Olive Oil, 1T Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s, and 1T Oyster Sauce.


Then snip the chicken tenders into strips.

And toss into marinade.


Let sit for about an hour.

Then saute in pan for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.


While it is cooking, make your peanut sauce.


And steam your spinach for 5 minutes and strain.


To serve, place spinach in bowl, top with chicken, and ladle sauce over the top. Garnish with cilantro and red pepper flakes.

Hubby liked it so much, he had a second serving.

Peanut Chicken


  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders, sliced
  • 1 T Oyster Sauce
  • 1 T Liquid Aminos
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 T Red Curry Paste
  • 1 T Fish Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 T Peanut Butter
  • 4 cups Spinach - Raw
  • Cilantro


  1. Marinate chicken in oyster sauce, liquid amino's, and olive oil.
  2. Saute in skillet until cooked through. About 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and set aside.
  4. Heat coconut oil in pan and add curry paste. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add fish sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add peanut butter and cook for 3 minutes longer.
  7. In the meantime, steam spinach separately.
  8. Strain and place on platter.
  9. Place cooked chicken on top.
  10. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
  11. Garnish with Cilantro.
