What is your bedtime routine? As we get older does there seem like more stuff to do? It sure does to me! ugh! When you are young it’s basically just brush and crash. But with age, the nighttime check list is very long.
In the past, the order of my steps was inconsistent. But when I found this unsightly thing, I decided taking my contacts off would be step 1. This way I can look closely in the mirror, tweezers in hand, looking for strays! Certainly not going to let that happen again!
So now the routine is, contacts off, inspect and tweeze, floss, brush, wash face, exfoliate, moisturize, hand lotion, feet lotion, and chap stick! Last but not least, read my 10 pages (of a health book of course).
Even though we all live in busyland, adequate sleep is very important for good health. How many hours are you currently sleeping? Please tell me 7-9 hours a night 🙂 Our bodies need rest to repair and restore itself.
