Extreme Team 12 Week Challenge – Mindset

As we know from watching Extreme Weight Loss, and from living real lives, transformation begins in the mind. Thoughts Become Things! So how do we change our mind? Focus on what we want instead of living in the past? We must change our mindset.

Watch this weeks video, get out your journal and do these assignments:

1. Write Your Story

2. Read it, feel the pain, and then burn it. The past does not equal the future.

3. Write your vision, in juicy details. Imagine it is one year from now, what does your life look like? Write it in present tense and read it daily. First thing in the morning and last thing before bed. Your mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. Feed it all good positive stuff.

4. WHY do you want this? Create an anchor. Write your why on post it’s and stick around house. This is your anchor.

5. Get busy and get started. Make your plan!
