Ingredients:
1 Egg yolk
1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 cup Grass-fed Half and Half
1/2 cup Golden Milk
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 shot Brandy
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Put the egg yolk into a bowl and add 1 T of sweetener into it.
In a different bowl, add the rest of the ingredients to make the mixture.
Cook the mixture over low heat for a few minutes.
Once the mixture is heated, take 2 Tbsp of the mixture, put it into the egg yolk and sweetener, then gradually add it into your mixture.
Pour it into your cup. Enjoy!
Optional: Put brandy and the vanilla before drinking the eggnog.
