Our goal is to help women gain health so they can age stronger and healthier instead of sicker and weaker.
The first tip is to stop eating sugar and carbohydrates.
An apple and orange and a piece of chocolate cake do the same exact thing in your body.
Fruit is sugar, they genetically modified fruit so they have more sugar than ever. Fruit back then did not look like what it looks like today, and it will spike up your insulin, and insulin is the fat-storage hormone so people.
If you just stop all carbohydrates, all sugar intake, you’re going to feel so much better because your insulin is going to come down. Lower your carbohydrates and you will be so thankful you did.
And that includes beans and grains.
Everybody gets confused and even sweet potatoes, they think that it’s healthy. Really, truly if you want to help your body be fat-fueled then you want to avoid all sugar and carbs.
The second tip is to don’t ditch your sleep.
Your sleep is so much more important than your to-do list and your Netflix binge-watching show.
So many women are sleep-deprived that they walk around like zombies. Sleep is underrated so you want to
prioritize sleep and lots of good things happen when you’re sleeping.
The third tip is to stop being a cardio queen.
I used to be a personal trainer at the gym and so many women are doing excessive cardio. Too much cardio is going to increase cortisol which is like insulin.
We suggest you lift weights. That is so much better than hours and hours in the gym doing cardio.
I started weight lifting and that’s when I started seeing all the differences in my physique. Muscle is the best thing to have
Lifting weights will do your body good. It will help you get stronger bones stronger muscles, stronger joints better, better balance, better flexibility, and better mobility and this will help you age stronger and healthier.
The fourth tip is to stop snacking.
You do not need to eat between meals.
Snacks are for kids, treats are for dogs you are a grown-ass woman, you do not need to be having treats and snacks.
In between your meals, you want to have a gap in your digestion because your digestive system takes so much energy so you want to have resting times that your body’s digestion is not taking all the energy so it can go and do other cool healing type processes.
The fifth is to stop eating before bed.
That way your body is fasting, and repairing damaged cells.
We recommend stop eating two hours before you go to bed.
