What is the Pineal Gland?
The pineal gland also is an endocrine gland in the brain and is the size of a grain of rice. Many call it the third eye. It helps connect our physical selves to the spiritual world.
The pineal gland also produces melatonin, which I call the sleep hormone.
Many doctors seem to believe that melatonin production decreases with age. This is simply not the biggest issue.
Fluoride treatments calcifies the pineal gland, thus slowing melatonin production. Age has only a small part in this problem
Dr. Rev. Christopher Macklin stated that fluoride was even used in concentration camps during World War II to cause people to “act like sheep” and follow orders.
The Third Eye:
The Third Eye is the 5th chakra and represents to connection to the etheric realm. In other words, the heavens. The Pineal Gland is the biological representation of this beautiful indigo chakra. It is lined with the same tissue as the retina, hence the common name.
This connection helps synchronize the body, mind, and spirit. When balancing this chakra, we are able to see the truths more clearly.
The Pineal Gland also secretes serotonin (the calming hormone) and melatonin (the sleepy hormone.
During a portion of my Sexy Breaths workshops, we contract the pelvic floor (mula bundha) and shoot the energetic light up the spine to the midbrain and then out the third eye. This practice can help awaken the third eye on a vibrational level.
The calcification of the pineal gland can block our self-perception and soul memory. This can lead to physical and mental symptoms. However, you can decalcify your third eye with sun gazing practices, supplements, and healing foods.
Decalcify Your Pineal Gland:
My favorite first step is gazing at the sun, since I am a sun lover. It will also help you get more vitamin D aka the Happy Vitamin.
How do you do this? Simply go outside without sunglasses. the reflection will stimulate the pineal gland and detox the calcium crystals.
The Next step, eliminate fluoride. Make sure to use a healthy toothpaste such as Tom’s fluoride free or Dr. Bonner’s. Make sure your drinking water does not have fluoride added by calling your city. If they do add it, please look into investing into a R/O unit to filter all of the harmful chemicals out.
Avoid chlorine, mercury, lead, pesticides, herbicides, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, fragrance, and harmful cleaning products.
You may want to consider a whole house water filter to avoid these chemicals absorbing through your skin as well.
Once the pineal gland is decalcified, you will notice more clarity and a deeper connection to God. Your intuition should light up as well.
Antioxidants help your pineal gland and your entire endocrine system.
Eating apricot seeds, taking oregano oil, and apple cider vinegar are some of my favorite foods/supplements to decalcify my pineal gland. Neem oil shows to be highly effective as well.
