4 Tips to BOOST Your Energy Naturally

Today we are going to talk about how to boost your energy.

My top four recommendations are:

First:
We want to become a fat burner to get off that blood sugar roller coaster.

When your blood sugar is down at the bottom of the roller coaster, you’re going to feel low energy and so that’s why you have a snack that spikes your sugar back up to make you feel good again.

When you are a fat burner, you just kind of go and coast along in the medium area. So no high highs, and no low lows. That will also help you have sustainable energy all day long.

And besides, you’ll be burning your stored fat for fuel.

Second:
Get more sleep.

Sleep is completely underrated in our society and your sleep is so much more important than your to-do list or your Netflix show.

Make sure you are asleep between 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM because those are the sweet spots when all the magic happens.

Make sleep a priority in your life, and keep to the same schedule because your body will just slip into a fine rhythm and you will be happier.

Third:
Do some exercises.

We are not talking about being a cardio queen, that’s the old-school way. You want a balanced exercise.

You want to lift heavy stuff, you want to do your cardio to help strengthen your heart and you want to do mobility exercises and flexibility exercises.

Fifth:
Have a passionate purpose.

Give yourself a reason to get out of bed every day, something that juices you up, lights you up, and makes you feel amazing.

If you want help discovering your passion and purpose, all you need to do is make two lists one list says all the things you love to do so much you would do them for free all day every day, and the other one are your talents –  what were you naturally blessed with and born with

And then, you just kind of find the way those lists cross over, and then you can find your passionate purpose.
