I have been a scatter forever, and back in December you (Tracee) showed up on my Facebook which I think is a God sent
At about the same time, I am a scoutmaster of a girl’s troop and we were talking about how high adventure-base do we want to go to and I trying to convince them to do something really fun and they said they want to go somewhere else to hike and I think it was a bad deal
It was kind of a wake-up call and I did your 5-day challenge and lost at least 3 lbs that week and it has been great
I was pretty skeptical at first, but when you realize that the rest of your life is an investment, it really wasn’t that big of a deal
I talked to my husband about it and things just happen to really play in
Previously, for almost a year, I chose the wrong time for the right thing
Around November of 2018, I had come across the ketogenic diet on Facebook
My husband and I started together and it lasted about 2 months because he was dropping weight eating 3 times the amount of food that I was eating and the weight was just falling out of him
I was just losing about 4 or 5 lbs.
The difference between that diet and your diet is definitely coaching and what you do through the coaching which made it all the difference
Previously, I have done Atkins
I did Herbalife for a while. It was pretty successful but close like yours
I was able to lose weight with Herbalife but my non-scale victories weren’t as grand as they are with your program
I look at things now way differently
I look at a recipe and I go, “I don’t think Tracee would approve of that.”
BENEFITS
Things change in your life and I never thought I’d be that person would make a pad because it was leaking and not menstrual
That’s probably my biggest gains – bladder control
I am down 37 lbs, total and I thought that would not get to happen in 90 days
My goal is to 150 lbs
Pants and clothes are looking extremely baggy
Waist size is down to 7
I have 5 inches off my hips
I don’t run, but I love walking
My first time that I walked, it was almost a 20-minute mile and I am down around 16-14
My husband has been eating the same food as I am eating
The one thing that we love is the flavors, so we are not eating out anymore
The best thing is the flavor, very flavorful
WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT THE REST OF THE PROGRAM
I love the trainer app because I am a very visual person and having the video on the exercise program is pretty cool
All of the things that you asked me to do, I already had but I was not using effectively
I love MyFitnessPal which I log all my food
The fact that Nutrition Evolution giving you the recipes and shopping list is wonderful
I feel really good because I am making and meeting my goals
I can now do things that are labor-some before, whether it walking up the stairs or walking up on hill and walking with my scouts
I refuse to go back to where I was before

It is worth to sacrifice to start
If it’s important, you’ll find a way to do it
Once you start, you’ll be thankful and grateful that you did it
If I can impact the lives of my scouts and my students by promoting healthy living, our future will be brighter
