5 Steps to Baby Step Into Ketosis

Today, I am going to teach you how you can ease into the healthy and wonderful state of ketosis. You can become a fat-burning machine, burn off that wonderful belly fat for fuel and have endless of energy in just 5 SIMPLE STEPS.

Our purpose is to help you reprogram your body and your mind so you can win at life.

 

These 5 simple steps are things that you are going to incorporate for 3 days each, and it that way, you can ease your way in

Step 1:
Ditch all the sugar.

Examples: Honey, syrup, agave nectar, cereal, soda and any other type of sugary treats like, cupcakes, cakes, cookies and candies.

Eliminate these for just 3 days.

 

Step 2:
Eliminate the other white stuff.

Examples: Flour, pasta, rice and potatoes

Get rid of it for just 3 days, so you can baby step your way.

 

Step 3:
Eliminate the other carbs.

Examples: Sweet potatoes or yams, beans, corn, lentils and fruit.

You can add back berries later, once you are already KETO-ADAPTED.

 

Step 4:
While you are doing the other three, you are going to be adding in healthy fats.

Fats that are going to fuel your body.
They are not going to make you fat. That stuff you believed a long time ago was just false research.

Examples: Olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, MCT oil and all the other wonderful and healthy fats.

We are not going to do the unhealthy fats such as, margarine or seed oils because they are inflammatory in nature.
So, we are just going to do saturated fat, monounsaturated fat and wonderful omega-3.

During the 9 days that you are eliminating the carbohydrate really slow, you are going to be incorporating healthy fats, and in step 5, you are also going to be doing during the other 9 days.

 

Step 5:
When your body does not have carbohydrates stored and there is no glucose, your body is no longer holding onto water so, it dumps it. You need to replace the water and the electrolytes that got removed from your body during the process.

I highly recommend drinking a gallon of water everyday and have an electrolyte replacement that are sodium, magnesium and potassium.

Every morning, I get up and drink a 16 0z glass of water and when the glass is half empty, I will add half a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon of salt.

If you are new, just start with half a teaspoon and that’s okay.

For magnesium, I take it every night because it helps your muscle to relax and so, it will help you to fall into a wonderful and juicy sleep.

For potassium, you can take pills, but the potassium supplements are usually just 99 mg so, you have to take 10 a day which kind of gags me. Instead, I take a multi and eat lots avocado and spinach which are really high in potassium.

I also drink a gallon of water a day. A liter by 9:00, 12:00. 3:00 and 6:00. I am done with my gallon by 6:00 PM so I am not all night going to the bathroom and I am also able to hydrate and refuel my body.


These are the ways that you can baby step and ease in to the wonderful state of ketosis so you can be a fat-burning machine, which will help you banish your brain fog and boost your energy all day long.

You can say goodbye to the blood sugar roller coaster and feel amazing.

I do believe in all my heart that this is the way to completely do a 180 and transform your life so that you are aging stronger instead of weaker, and you are feeling way better and aging in health instead of sickness.
