On the last Tuesday Boot Camp of the month, I am challenging my students to the following workout. We warm up for 5 minutes jogging. Then they grab their medicine ball and choose one of the 10 stations spread throughout the gym to begin. They are timed for 45 minutes and have a goal to complete As Many Rounds As Possible…AMRAP
The goal started out as doing 10 rounds. Make sure you don’t rush and maintain proper form or you will get called out and deducted half a round…you will be working your entire body, so you want the workout to be effective.
Write your name on the station where you begin the challenge, every time you come back to that station, mark a chit line next to your name.
