Spicy Peanut Salad Dressing

OMG – this Spicy Peanut Salad Dressing ROCKS!!!! It’s is so tasty, easy to make and versatile for everything! I can even lick the blender lid 🙂 And with virtually no sugar (just a tad of honey) it’s simply low carb enough. Add some protein and veggies and you are GOOD to go!

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2T liquid aminos
  • 2T honey
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2T fresh ginger peeled

Blend until smooth……..

This stuff is so amazing – here are some ideas

  1. Dip for al dente cooked broccoli
  2. Chopped salad dressing
  3. Chicken satay
  4. Sauce for chard, carrot, mushroom, and red bell pepper saute.
