Have you ever heard the word sticktoitiveness! ? Well this kid has that! When he wants something bad enough, he makes it happen. This kind of kid is not easy to parent, but he will be our retirement! He will be very successful someday. You know that saying “my C kid will employ your A kid. And the B kids work for the government?” Well this kid may prove it to be true!

But the thing that impressed me most is recently when he decided he wanted to get in shape. My hubby and I love to mountain bike so he asked if we would take him out. At first he could only climb a mile or so and had to stop many times. It has now been three weeks and he has been to the top (a 6 mile ride) and even beat me up to the peak yesterday! I couldn’t believe it, that little fart!
He has sticktoitiveness for sure! Wonder what he will decide to take on next?
