ABOUT LOGAN

  • One day,  I was driving to the gym, life was great and amazing
  • And suddenly, for the first time in my life, I had a seizure
  • I did not remember anything, I just woke up and I am in the hospital
  • We scanned my head and they said that there is something in my brain and they called it a mass at that time and they have to do some further analyzation and I have to get brain surgery
  • So, they told me that after the surgery, I would probably not be able to speak and hear
  • I really had no clue what to think
  • I got connected with the top surgeon in the world and he told me that with him doing the surgery, that’s stuff is not going to happen
  • The surgery went very well
  • They woke me up to see if I was losing those abilities and I wasn’t
  • She told me that I only have 10 years left to live and I was in shock
  • We asked what we are going to do and she told us that’s there’s nothing that we can do
  • I suddenly found Keto diet kind of down the road when I was going through chemo and radiation and I also want to shed some body fat
  • And I tried and I never turned around because when the doctor told me that, it gave me so much motivation to prove them wrong
  • Not lose the battle against her but lose the battle between me and myself. I want to win the battle
  • I was so excited to do Keto because I have nothing to lose
  • I was about to turn 20 years old about that
  • It took me about 2 weeks to kind of diagnose the tumor itself
  • I really started watching Dr. Berg vigorously
  • And I gave him a call and told him that if he has a tumor like I did and I am doing Keto and what would he do if he’s me and he told me, “I’ll keep doing what you are doing, but I would only eat organic food.”
  • Ever since then, I only eat grass-fed, organic and really clean food
  • It was like 25 total grams and right now, I am having 20 to 40 total grams – just greens
  • I have my online business
  • So, if people want the Keto diet, they will basically come to my website and purchased the plan, and they will have their access to their own meals, workouts and account
  • The plan will guide them all the way through every day in their meal and workout in a 12-week period
  • I have almost 5 thousand people now
  • There’s people all over the world that comes and we will do it together
  • I also have successful client that’s on their 60’s
  • If the plan is done, they can select another plan and they will have a whole new edited new plan for them
  • I started after the diagnosis, because I started seeing significant results
  • This is just a blessing that randomly sparked up
  • I did not do intermittent fasting at first
  • It got to a point where I was eating at night and woke up in the morning and not really feeling hungry
  • Then it became a 14-hour fast without even knowing
  • And it got to a point that I don’t even need breakfast and so I started bringing in 16-hour fasting

 

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT KETO

  • I just love eating the really delicious eggs and grass-fed steaks
  • There’s a so many varieties and I love knowing that it is actually good for you
  • I’d have salmon, over easy eggs, asparagus, mushrooms and zucchini with sauerkraut with brazil nuts and MCT oil
  • I usually go to the gym late in the morning, right before I’ll have my first meal

 

ADVICE:

  • Keep going
  • If you are not seeing results in 1 week, do not think that results will not come because they will come
  • Understand that it is a slow process
  • Don’t look at what you can’t have, look at what you can have
