My First Interview for No Fricken Weigh!

Remember that song, 99 bottles of beer on the wall? Well that’s how I feel, my goal is 100 interviews and I’ve got 1 down, will pass it around, and 99 more interviews to go!

Chuck was a friend at Del Mar High School in San Jose. He was the class clown of the entire school and soooo funny. So naturally when he saw my book, No Fricken Weigh!,  and invited me to appear on his show, I was willing to drive the 2 hours! It was my first live interview, and even though I have given many workshops and presentations, being on camera made me very nervous. After watching myself, I definitely think I need to look at the camera and smile a bit more next time.
