Extreme Team 12 Week Challenge – Strength Training

I LOVE to lift weights as it makes me feel strong and defines my muscles! Currently, I do Boot Camp twice a week and lift heavy with a trainer twice a week.

There are so many health benefits of strength training, as you will see in the video!

At boot camp, we use light dumbbells and medicine balls doing series of squats, lunges, biceps curls, shoulder press, pushups, tricep extensions. We weave in fun cardio moves such as crawling, step ups, jump rope, burpees, and mountain climbers!

Depending on your fitness level, choose one of the options in the video and let me know which you decide on.
