

Today I am going to share with you a recipe that I give my clients so that they can avoid the Keto Flu, and I call it KETOLYTE.
First thing’s first, 2 quarts of Purified Water. Make sure it is clean, good, quality water.
Next we want a quarter cup of Organic Lemon Juice. Lemon is good for you, and if you’re drinking an acidic beverage such as sparkling water, lemon will help to neutralize to become alkaline.
Next step, a teaspoon of No Salt which will help you get your potassium up high.
And then, a teaspoon of Pink Salt for your sodium.
A tablespoon of Natural Calm for your magnesium.
And a hint of Monk Fruit.
When you’re looking at your Electrolytes you want between 5000mg to 7000mg of sodium a day. Between 1000mg and 3500mg of Potassium and between 300mg and 500mg of Magnesium and then, you will feel so good.
In this recipe you will get about 400mg of magnesium, 2500mg of Potassium, and 1700mg of Sodium.
WORD OF CAUTION: The Magnesium CALM is made from Magnesium carbonate and it may give you a little bit of loose stools – if you’re not used to it. But some of you guys need it anyway.
