And it’s easy to make as well.
I love using this scooper when measuring 1 Tbs amounts.
Use 8 Tbs or 1/2 cup coconut oil.
Add 8 Tbs or 1/2 cup Organic Peanut Butter without added sugar. The kind with just peanuts and salt. Make sure it’s organic as peanuts are a high pesticide crop, and we don’t want that crap in your body, right?
Melt it together and whisk well.
Next whisk in 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. This is my favorite one because there are only 3 ingredients: Grass Fed Beef Protein, Stevia and Cocoa Powder.
