Top 4 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

Do you want to raise your vibration instantly to manifest anything and faster? There are many ways to raise your vibration, but today, I am going to teach you the TOP 3 ways and hacks on how you can increase your vibration and frequency.

It is super important for us as a collective humanity to increase our vibration to help everyone ascend into this new world that we are about ready to embark on the greatest time for all humanity.

So my first favorite way to increase my vibration is spending time in nature.

I also love going to the mountain right across from my house and going hiking and mountain biking.

My second favorite thing to do is exercise because I love it. It’s super fun for me, it makes me happy, and when you are happy
you increase your vibration.

I love going to CrossFit, hiking, mountain biking, walking, and doing yoga.

Today, I did some yin yoga and it was fantastic.

My third favorite way to increase my vibration is to sleep and I mean quality sleep because your body needs to recharge and that’s how it does at night.

So make sure that you get quality sleep. It’s not just about the quantity and the hours but you want that really good deep sleep.

My 4th favorite way to raise my vibration is to meditate.
Connecting to the spirit realm, to my angels, my guides, to my God and Jesus and just feel that warmth that glows and just clear my mind and listens because when we pray that’s a wonderful thing to do but how often do we stop and listen?

Some great ways to meditate are just to sit and listen.

So, those are my ways to raise your vibration and remember to breathe in love, joy, peace, health, happiness prosperity.

Exhale stress, doubt, worry, fear, anger, frustration.

Focus your mind on good-feeling thoughts. On things that make you happy and don’t focus on things that don’t.

You want to focus on what you want, not the absence of it, and do things that make you happy.

Don’t get stuck in the rigamarole of oh I gotta work work work work work.

This is the world that we are leaving behind and we are stepping into the golden age of mankind and I can’t wait until that happens so I can share all the wonderful ways that you can team up with us to help humanity.
