The Secrets to Slow Down The Aging Process | Anti-aging Tips

Is it possible to slow down the aging process?

My first anti-aging tip is to move your body. If you don’t move it, you will lose it. And there’s something called age-related sarcopenia which is essentially muscle wasting. Do you want to be able to carry your own stuff or do you need to have the bagger bring out your groceries for you?

No way!

You want to do strength training, cardiovascular training which helps your heart muscle,stretching like yoga, mobility work to help your joints and balance, go outside every day and take a long walk too so you get sunshine fresh, air vitamin d from the sun and connect with nature.

The second tip is to eat whole foods.

Less wrappers and boxes and more leaves and peels.

When I say whole food, it’s basically shopping the perimeter of the store. It’s your proteins grass-fed. wild pasture-raised are the words that you want to look for and organic vegetables.

Check out the dirty dozen and the clean 15 to decide your budget on what you’re going to buy organic and
what you can buy conventional. Variety is key here.

You want European dairy or sheep or goat milk.

Just whole food things with one ingredient, at least 80 percent of your food should be whole foods.

The next tip is hydration.

Would you rather resemble a grape or a raisin?

Now the difference between a grape and a raisin is water. So plump up those cheeks and those wrinkles
with water.

It also helps with elimination, perspiration and respiration.

And if you’re thirsty then it’s too late. 

A gallon a day keeps the wrinkles away.

Another fun anti-aging tip is trying new things.

Right now, I am learning italian. I recently picked up line dancing, we also just learned how to play pickleball.

Trying new things makes life exciting and you have more fun and so you’re able to just be vibrant and feel good.

Lastly, work on your self-talk. Focus on the things that you want to achieve not the lack of them.

It’s a simple law of attraction. Catch yourself if you’re having negative thoughts because negative thoughts lead to negative actions and positive thoughts lead to positive actions.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality, it just believes what you feed it so if you’re gonna make up a story, make it something that makes you feel good. Be mindful and be present so that you can choose wisely, choose things that support you.

All five of these tips will make you feel so much better when you work on your stinking thinking when you, move your body, hydrate, and just go out and try new things to make life more interesting and have more fun.
