The 7 Chakras and their functions – EXPLAINED!

Today is the first part of a series that I’m going to do to teach you about chakras: how to clear them and how to make them balanced.
Chakra in Sanskrit actually means wheel. The chakras contain the wheel of continuous energy inside your body and if you look at our body we are primarily energy.
If you look at an atom underneath a subatomic microscope most of that atom is going to be empty space and you’re going to have a few subatomic particles like protons, neutrons, electrons, but 99% of that atom is just empty space which is energy.
Einstein says the energy field is the governing force of the body. So you got to remember that all of our communication runs on these energy highways.
We have seven major chakras and they start from the bottom, around your tailbone which is the root chakra and that is red.a
Then you move up to just underneath your belly button is the sacral chakra that is orange.
Underneath your rib cage is the solar plexus which is yellow.
The heart is green, the throat is turquoise then we have our third eye which is an indigo color, and our crown which is purple.
The root chakra is the wheel that rotates this slowest and the crown chakra, the wheel rotates the fastest, and everything else in between. It’s corresponding, and it just goes faster as it moves up into your body so when our chakras become unbalanced then our cells are not able to communicate effectively/
Now, we don’t want our chakras to be open too big because then we’ll get too much energy and we’ll be overwhelmed and not
sure what to do with it so we just want to make sure that they are balanced.
The root chakra is connected to the large intestines, the anus, and a little bit in the kidneys.
The sacral chakra is orange and is connected to life like, reproduction and digestion also the urinary system like bladder kidneys, and such.
Your solar plexus has to do with your gallbladder, spleen, liver, small intestine, and stomach.
Your heart chakra is your heart and your arms.
The throat chakra is your throat and your lungs.
The third eye chakra is your face and your brain.
And the crown chakra is your spiritual being that opens up to heaven.
