Taco Meat Seasoning – Batch Cooking Grass-Fed Meat

Hey there! This is Tracee, health coach and personal trainer and founder of HighEnergyGirl.com and today, I’m going to show you how I batch my favorite protein grass-fed ground beef – 100% grass-fed and I cook three at a time because I don’t like to cook and be sure to stay till the end because I’m going to give you my recipe to make a boatload of taco seasoning.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Spray pan with coconut oil. Add the grass-fed ground beef and let it sit until brown. Add 3 T of seasoning mix and leave it until the meat is cooked.

What’s even easier is making a big batch of seasoning because that’s what takes most the time.

Here’s what you need:
One jar of cumin, one jar of chili powder – lime kind, one jar of paprika, 1/2 a cup of sea salt and a half a cup of granulated onion, 1/3 of a cup of cayenne and two and a half tablespoons of garlic powder and oregano

Just mix it all up with a whisk really well. It makes like a pretty full jar and it will help you make 30 pounds approximately of meat so you will have plenty of healthy protein and you will be good to go.
