Tricks to Avoid Weight Gain
1. No carbs until your party (after breakfast)
2. Exercise in the morning.
3. Drink 2 big glasses of water before party
4. Fill wine glass with sparkling water in between each glass of wine or cocktail.
5. Fill up on veggies
6. Write Down your food.
7. Be VERY Careful of Appetizers – Avoid if possible.
8. Eat small meals during the day to avoid ravaging hunger
9. Play cards at before and after dinner
