Today’s, I’m going to teach you how to make the MOST amazing immune BOOSTING SMOOTHIE.
First off, we are going to put 4 cups of organic coconut milk in the immersion blender and so delicious is my favorite brand.
We’re going to actually make the base for the smoothies. This will actually last for about three different drinks.
First, we want 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
I do a little heaping because turmeric because it’s so good for you.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon and I got the Ceylon cinnamon, that’s the fancy stuff just in case you’re wondering. It’s the best stuff you could get as far as cinnamon goes.
Then, 1 teaspoon of cardamom and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
You need black pepper and turmeric in order to release all the good stuff.
We’re going to add 1/2 a teaspoon of cloves and then 1/2 a teaspoon of ground ginger.
I suppose you could use fresh ginger if you’d like.
1 teaspoon of vanilla and then two droppers of liquid stevia.
You have now made the base which is the golden milk. The color of this bright yellow.
Now, pour all but twelve ounces into a jar to save for later.
With the glass of golden milk you have, we are going to add my favorite 1 scoop prime protein powder.
There are no crappy ingredients with this. It’s sweetened with stevia, it’s a grass-fed hydrolyzed beef protein and no it does not taste like a steak, it tastes delicious just like you would for a smoothie,
And then a big handful of spinach.
Put the lid back on and blend up!
