And because I’m trying to get stronger or I’m working on getting stronger, I want to eat more protein .
M favorite protein powder is Equip because it’s made with grass-fed beef and we know that beef protein is about double the absorption of egg white or whey protein.
To make the protein pudding:
1/2 cup Wheat Belly Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of Ground Flax
Directions:
Stir it up really well to mix the ingredients all together.
Why flax?
because it mops up the extra estrogen floating around in your body that accumulates because of toxins in our environment. That could be from plastics, from scents, from cleaning products and other things like that. They’re called phytoestrogens.
