You are only as you choose to let your mind believe! So often we give up on our dreams, feeling defeated, or too old. That is just a bunch of crap! Why do we get into our heads and create negative thoughts about what we can or cannot do? Even worse is as we age, we tend to not let ourselves dream.
If you could create your very best life, starting right now. And it is February 28, 2015, what would it look like? How would you feel? Go ahead, sit back, close your eyes and dream about it! I recently did!
Even though I am 48 years old, I know that I can do whatever I choose. Mary Kay created her empire at 45, as a recently widowed woman. If she can create a company worth 200 million dollars before her death, why can’t we do something huge also?
I dream of empowering women to be healthy, strong, and energetic….living a life full of joy, being their own boss, working around their kid’s schedule. So many women I work with commute and have no time left for themselves. They are tired and stressed out! My dream is helping these women, creating a High Energy Girl Tribe, and show them how to Own Their Life! Kind of like the Red Hat Ladies, but in the health and fitness realm!
