Bikini Workout!

Do you want to look hot on the beach this summer? How about just fit into your jeans this winter? Lose the muffin top? Well that’s what I want to do 🙂 Ate a bit too much crap over the holidays and am ready to strip the fat away!

My friend Natalie,  in Las Vegas, designed this bikini workout!  I modified it a tad and started today! It was tough doing the reps really slow, even with the light weights! She told me to do a 2 count contraction as well as a 2 count extension. On the squat, I held it at the bottom for a 2 count as well. And my cardio was a 6 mile mountain bike ride! Such a gorgeous day!

You will notice that the plank, squat, and curls are set up as a challenge…starting with a low number and at the end of the month, quite a high number.
