You know, just reading the news the other day as is my daily ritual and I came across this weird article by this professor at this school named “havard”
Must be a local community college or something and I never heard of it.
So anyways, I guess this lady like some teacher, she said that coconut oil was one of the worst foods you can eat. Can you believe it? She called it pure poison.
Now, last I checked no one was ever murdered from coconut oil. I mean can you imagine? “How did he die Jim?” “Another coconut oil murder. it’s the third this week. That stuff is pure poison.”
Listen, the only way I can imagine dying from coconut oil is relaxing in a bath filled with it and not being able to get out because it’s just too slippery.
She said it’s too fatty. As if too fatty was ever a problem. I mean, Chris Farley was a comedic genius, right? Whatever!
It’s almost like she completely ignored the study by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
That study said that people who eat foods with high saturated fats are at no higher risk of a heart attack or stroke than those that don’t.
Weird how it’s easy to turn a blind eye to facts that don’t fit your narrative, huh?
I eat coconut oil every day. So, go ahead ask me how my blood work was.
“How was it?”
It’s perfect! I mean what else can I eat and use as a skin and hair supplement? It’s good for everything.
Last time I tried ketchup on my face it just made me smell like uncle Johnny’s barbecue. Gross. 🤢
You know what? I have a theory. I bet she’s just one of those people that doesn’t like coconut flavored things.
I mean, if I was in her position, you best believe I’d tell everyone that pineapple on pizza was pure poison and one of the worst foods you can eat.
I mean, coconut oil is just delicious.
