How To Make Detox Water: Cleanse, Lose Weight, Burn Fat

Are you looking for some ways on how to cleanse your body, burn belly fat and reduce bloating? In this video. I am going to share with you some tips and recipes on how to make your water taste better.

These water recipes are so easy and so simple to make at home.

Water affects lots of different organs in our body, and  our cells are mostly made of water and by having adequate amounts of water you’re able to use the detoxification process that we were born with, and I’m going to show you how.
They say that you want to have eight glasses of water, I say the very minimum is in half an ounce per pound of body weight.
How do you detox with water?
Well, first of all, it helps you with your digestion and elimination. The more water that you have in your body the more it helps to break down the food, absorb the nutrients in the bloodstream, and then eliminate the waste that you don’t want to have.
It helps with respiration because think about it, you need water so because when you exhale there are little droplets that
comes out of your body.
If you’re trying to lose fat, fat comes out of your breath. Crazy, right? So elimination, respiration and perspiration.
When you sweat, you sweat out toxins but if you do not have an adequate amount of water in your body, you will not produce an adequate amount of sweat.
Many people don’t like drinking water. So here are my secrets on how you can drink more water.
First of all first thing in the morning, you wake up you slam down 16 ounces of water because you’re already
dehydrated then you fill up your gym bottle and you go exercise.
By the time you’re done with your exercise, you’ve already had one and a half liters so you only have two and a half more to go and you have the whole day out in front of you.
You can also level up you water by using a soda stream. It makes bubble water,you can add lemon to it, you can add lime to it but it tastes like a treat and it’s a lot easier for many people to get down another thing
You can make iced tea  too. My favorites is Tazo tea – lemongrass and mint, and the passion tea.
Passion tea is hibiscus, they have medicinal qualities to them. So not only do they help you get more fluid in your body
but they also help with other things like lowering blood pressure and mint green tea is shown to actually help like cancer fighting properties.
Another tip is you can make infused water. You just take a jar or pitcer and fill up with water.
You can add strawberries, lemon, cucumber, mint or basil.
Let it just sit overnight and it infuses the flavor into the water and then stick it in the refrigerator so that it kind of stops a little bit.
One thing else ,please don’t drink out of plastic you. I only use glass or stainless. Ditch the plastic even the BPA free
plastic since it’s really not good because they take out the bpa and they put in bps which is like way more toxic than bpa but you haven’t heard about it so that is how they get away with it.
So those are the ways that your body detoxes with water!
