Chris Powell recommends drinking a gallon of water everyday or at least half your weight in ounces. My clients always ask how they can “gag” that much water down. In this video, I show you an easy way to drink that gallon!
1. 16 ounces first thing in the morning (add lemon)
2. 12 ounces in my Chris Powell Shake
3. 32 ounces in my water bottle for the gym
4. 64 ounces of fresh squeezed lime or lemonade.
Another tip I give my clients is to drink a liter by 9:00am, another by noon, another by 3:00 and the last one by 6:00pm. This way they are super hydrated and not up all night in the bathroom!
