This healthy habit hack for the morning is to make some coffee in a mug that makes you smile.
So we are going to make the perfect cup of coffee that’s going to give you energy for your workout and give you some energy, keep you in a fasted state and just give you some healthy fat.
Step number one:
Pour your coffee into a mug and then pour it into a glass blender. I don’t use my Blendtec for this because it stains and then it’s gross and yellow plastic one.
Step two:
So I have two different MCTS they are both MC t8 and these are the healthier versions and I like them both.
The reason you want the c8 is it’s the best form of MCT and it converts from the ketones easily.
Step three:
The way you do that is, you take one teaspoon only. Any more than the calories in one teaspoon is going to knock you out of your fasting state.
So one teaspoon MCT, about a half a dropper of stevia drops.
A sprinkle of cinnamon because it’s a nice prebiotic health and beam your little gut bacteria. OIt also boosts your metabolism.
Put it in the glass blender and blend.
It’s nice and frothy and we’re going to pour it into our little happy mug and you can see how frothy and beautiful it is. It’s like a latte and it tastes good too.
Have a fatty coffee that is low enough in fat that it keeps you in a fasting state. ☕️
