We know in our society sleep is completely underrated and super important, in fact, it is way more important than your to-do list or your favorite Netflix binge-watching show. But so many women struggle, so how do you have a better night’s sleep?
HERE ARE MY TIPS:
The time of your sleeping is important. The secret window is between 11 pm and 3 a.m so your body can repair itself.
Have a relaxation ritual. For me, it could be my sauna or hot bath. I alternate in between and then I unplug about an hour before bedtime.
Take smart sleep with dietary fiber and psyllium husk
Take magnesium. Magnesium helps you relax all of your muscles and get a great night’s sleep.
Use a chili pad you can make it hotter or colder depending on your preference
Journaling Write down your to-do list and anything that’s stressing you out so you can get it out of your mind and onto paper and then replace that mind space with your vision statement.
Read a book, a real book on paper Reading before bed can make your subconscious mind will chew on the valuable knowledge that you get from the books.
