Green Eggs

Everyone asks me for recipes, recipes and more recipes! What do YOU Eat Tracee?

So I decided to take pictures of me prepping my food. Since Meal #1 is always a green smoothie! Meal #2 is often Green Eggs. Now this is no Dr. Seuss Green Eggs and Ham as I would never put food coloring on my food nor eat ham! yuk! This is special green eggs.

Ingredients are below: Organic Power Greens, Avocado, A home grown (or laid) egg, and organic egg whites.

  • First I steam the greens in water and add a bit of Himalayn Salt.
  • Next, put 1 tsp of coconut oil in a small pan, heat until melted and add the egg and 1/2 cup whites.
  • A little more salt and cook overeasy.
  • Put greens in a bowl, top with eggs, crack yolk so it runs over greens.
  • Top with 1/4 avocado and your favorite hot sauce! Yum!
