ABOUT CRISTIANA
I am Italian, but I lived in the U.S.A for 12 years
I was born and raised in Italy
When I was 30 years old, I moved for work to the Seattle area
I was supposed to be there for 2 years, but ended up staying for 12 years
My husband is Italian and we have 2 kids
Now, we moved back to Italy and we are now in the Tuscany area, Lucca, close to Florence
When I was in the U.S. I really loved getting a connection with people from all around the world
I love connecting with people and I fell in love with coaching
So, I got my life coaching certification and after that, I got my health coaching certification in IIN
I am now in Italy, and still coaching and enjoying life
I finished the program on 2012
First thing is, what to put in your mouth
Food – really clean food
If you just hydrate your body, not just with water but maybe also with juice or fruit, then you age better
80% of people do not know that they are dehydrated
If you start drinking water, you will notice that your skin is much clearer and softer
So, you age better
I drink about 2 and half liters a day
I do juices also
The one that I love the most now is beetroot, oranges, carrot and ginger
Another one is just celery juice because it is really hydrating and really good for stomach
And you will see the results really quickly
I am 44 years old, and I can feel the difference when I was still on my 20’s or 30’s
With the celery juice you skin becomes plumper
What I really help women to is reconnect with their intuition and soul
My business name is Whispering Out Loud
So, through the work that I do with my clients, especially women, I just have them reconnect them trust their intuition so that they can live a fuller, happier and more joyful life
There are different tools that I suggest my clients to use
Mostly, we just need to find a daily connection with ourselves
For me, journaling works very well and for some people, meditation or walking, even swimming
Just trust and do some little things differently
I think for journaling, it is another thing that you need to find out for yourself
Some people are morning people, and some people are not
Me, I am not a morning people, so I need to wait around 10:00 AM to just do my daily connection with myself
The important thing is you can have 15-20 minutes just for yourself
Have a solitary moment for yourself
Just be consistent and experiment until you can find what nourishes you
I love qi gong and for me, and I do it in the evening
Because it relaxes me so much
I thought that my kids would have access in better food
In Europe there are less pesticides, so it is not necessary to buy organic food
But then, there are also other things that I was not thinking about
Like, bread, focaccia, pasta and all the nice things that are really good carbs
In bread, we just put flour, water, a little bit of salt and yeast and that’s it
We don’t put any other vitamins or any other stuff
I can eat bread here and it does not affect my stomach – I don’t get bloated
Even the pasta here is different
If I could give one advice to people it is to love more and to bring more joy in their life
If you evaluate how much joy you have in your life, then you can really understand what you can bring more in your life
There are things that you can really do
First thing is, really acknowledge where you are
If you are happy, your vibration is really high
I have a program called, Awaken Your Joy
I believe that, when you are aligned with your purpose and bring the things that speaks to you, then you bring joy in your life and to other people
Joy and happiness is contagious
When I moved to Italy 2 years ago, I just wanted to have a local practice
But then, I really missed coaching in English, so I also have clients online now
I really like coaching in English
The English language is so direct
We have all the answers inside
We just have to ask ourselves the right questions and listen
Give ourselves space to listen and connect to ourselves
If you really stick to a routine and by just doing it, experimenting and finding the way what really works for you, in a matter of a month or 2, you can really turn around your life if you need to or want to
People are way too serious
We need to learn from kids
It’s so easy to start laughing for nothing
That’s the best way to raise our vibration
When we are in that vibration, we are prone to listen to ourselves and connect to our wisdom
