Salad and Wine: Lamb Salad

Today we’re gonna do a lamb salad – super fast and simple and delicious.

You start off with a bed of arugula.
Arugula is really good for springtime. It like clears all the winter gunk out of you.

We have a lamb burger that was grilled with oregano and some paprika and salt and pepper.

Then, we’re gonna add one of my very favorite things which is authentic Greek feta. It’s it is made with sheep’s. I bought this at Trader Joe’s. Sheep’s milk is way better than cow’s milk because it doesn’t have casein one it has casein 2 which is way less inflammatory and sheep’s milk is just better for you than traditional cow’s milk cheese.

So, we’re gonna sprinkle that around.

And then some kalamata olives, five of those.

We’re going to put some cucumber which is very good on the Greek style type food and then pumpkin seeds just a tablespoon of those and some chopped red onion. Sprinkle that around

Then, we’re gonna top it off with one of my favorite salad dressings, it’s primal kitchen ranch salad dressing and I like it because it has this creaminess to it and it’s made with avocado oil instead of most commercial dressings are made with canola oil which is really high in omega-6 and they’re very inflammatory so this is much better.

Last but not least, a clove of garlic.
