5 Ways to Detox Your Body Naturally

The first one is an amazing tea by Yogi. It is a detox tea that helps with your kidneys and your liver. It actually tastes really good too but you don’t want to drink it every day.

You want to cycle through it. You can have it every day for a week and then take a break for at least a week or two and then start over again.

Another favorite way to detox is just by doing simple yoga twists that you can do at home.

The first one is more simple. You just would lay down, pull your knee in, hook your foot on your leg and twist over, and then take your gaze and your arm in the other direction. When you do this it’s like you’re wringing out your organs and hold it for as long as you can, as long as it’s comfortable.

My other favorite twist you can do is just sitting upright with one leg extended with your foot, flexed one knee hug it into your chest, grab and hold that knee, and twist the direction of the bent knee. Your hand can be behind you so that you keep a flat back and those two twists are really good just to detox and wring out your organs.Another really good way to detox is through your breath. Now, breathwork can help clear out the lungs, help the lymph nodes
do the detoxification and you can either do sprints up and down your street or driveway or you can do sprints a spin bike

A fun way to detox is by using a body brush and doing something called dry brushing.

So what you do is, you brush your limbs with a dry brush. It feels really good and it also exfoliates your skin but the big purpose is it stimulates your lymph.
You should be brushing everything towards your heart and this will stimulate lymph flow which will help you detoxify.

Now, we’re going to go do the last one and this is my favorite way to detox, it is my sauna. It is a far infrared sauna and I sit inside three times a week. This makes you sweat like crazy!

A study was done in Finland like a 20-year study, and they show that regular sauna use actually decreases all-cause mortality by over 40 percent that is substantial. So that is super important and well worth the investment.

Soo… which one of these you’re gonna try first? And hopefully, you’ll think about looking into a sauna. It is amazing, it is
relaxing especially in the winter but do it all year – it’s worth it!
