I am a chemical engineer
I have always been fascinated and curious with the outer limits of Science and just where we are going in the future with nutrition
I have been an athlete, I was very competitive at high-level in wresting and I have played football
I have developed a lot of nutrient deficiency and I found that out with a lot of different testings
I was working as an engineer and I knew I was going to lose my job because of the brain fog I had
Because of that I really started to think how I can solve the problem because I had to, I felt like my entire life is going to crumble
There were days when I was fine and there were days that I would like, “what was I doing?”
Throughout this time, I was fit, eating a good diet and have pretty few vices
It was pretty confusing because I felt like I did not have a whole lot of room to grow in what I can do for my health
It turns out, I wasn’t absorbing the nutrients I need to absorb and that’s what my company does now
I have applied chemical engineering principles and now technology principles to minerals to solve these problems
My levels before looked like a 70-80 year old but the good news is, it os reversible if done correctly
For people that have been in weight challenging sports where you’re also weight focused, you’re watching your macros to the extent that your micronutrients are getting so depleted especially if you are also losing weight and training where you are sweating a lot
So I have been doing that and my cells did not have the nutrients to communicate
And I realized that the most important area that I can solve was minerals – not vitamins
Because minerals are non-negotiable, we can’t make them in our bodies, we have to receive them from outside from us
At this point, my goal is to share my proven method that we have because I did not have it and it just felt like my life was over
WHY WOULD SOMEBODY NOT BE ABSORBING THE MINERALS?
First is because of gut dysfunctions
Chronic levels of stress that can lead to leaky gut
Beyond absorptions, one of the common things that people say is that they can get it from their food and no, they won’t
I love the regenerative agriculture methods that starting to pop out more and more – those are great, it’s beyond grass-fed
We are really using everything we know to preserve the future of things and reverse it
In the short-term between now and then, we have to get our minerals really dialed in if we want to have the best life possible
I want you to visualize your food – it does not matter if you are a vegetarian or if you eat meat
Visualized that half the color because these contain about half the nutrients that they did 60 years ago
So even the cows are fed with grass, the cows does not have the nutrients that used to
If you are consuming meat, it has about 50% iron and also manganese, chromium, copper, etc.
That is where we are, that is the dilemma and I connected that dots 10 years ago
Our gut wall is only a 10th of human hair thick – it’s so delicate
I just did a really long fast without the pain and discomfort so that they can heal that whole gut system
If you’re not digesting, you’re healing
I did fasting for 11 days with water, minerals, salt and black coffee
When you are not digesting, you are healing faster
Your inflammation is dropping, your body is going to thank you for not consuming something because your have a lot of fat stored
It will be great to have the right minerals that you can absorb to power your thyroids, adrenals, etc..
In those 11 days, I did not feel bad. I was working out each morning too
After about day 8, I started to feel less strength but I was still mentally clear and can still go for a jog
I was not in ketosis prior the fast and that would have made easier and I would recommend that
I was fat-adapted, I taught my body how to burn fat
Ideally, someone would purchase a test and a consultation on our website and then, you would understand through the consultation with one of our nutritionist that are specifically trained to understand this method on what you missing and what you’re going to do about it
Some of that is lifestyle, supplements or diet
We are diet agnostic so if someone is following a diet, we’ll do our best to provide you some recommendations
As far as the supplements goes, taking all you need is really important – it saves money and effective
But what you also find that is incredibly important is you find a lot of people that are taking supplements that are sending them on the opposite direction because maybe they had a deficiency before and now that other deficiencies
So we recommend testing at least every quarter or 2 months so that a year from now, you are so much better on your health
Some people noticed the benefits really quickly and some people would take some few sessions to see the changes because there’s a whole lot of other things too that goes into our nutritional needs
A multivitamin can be harmful and I do not recommend it because it’s very much scatter shot approach to the specific request that your body is making
Based on these formulations, multivitamin itself will counteract itself base on the minerals, vitamins synergy or antagonisms which means that it works well together or not works well together and actually interferes
One of the reasons why I was able to go so long with no pain for 11 days on my fast was because…if your body has sunlight, water and minerals, it can make the vitamin that you need indigenously and internally
If you are taking a bunch of vitamins without minerals, those vitamins are useless
Showering after a sun exposure can wash off secretion that’s happening on your skin
The key there is just to get frequent sunlight
The recommendation I have and that I follow myself is 15-20 minutes a day
I like the red light therapy as well in the winter just to power the mitochondria
The tanning beds, do your own research and make sure it provides a specific light spectrum and use it with caution
We use hair to test
The EPA’s used hair for a long time to decide if a place had heavy metal exposure
And hair is much more accurate than blood
ADVICE
The building blocks of hormones are two things; they are fats and minerals
From that we derive all of our hormones whether progesterone, estrogen, testosterone and we need a balance of it
That is why I love this comprehensive tests because with looking at certain ratios, the first thing I always start with consultation because I want to know her zinc and copper ratios, thyroid ratios, iron and copper ratios, metabolic ratios and it’s just a phone call
I see a lot of women not eating enough proteins too

We’ll get a better idea when we look at individual’s results based on their goals and what their results are saying
