#111 Tracee Talks – Update and Law of Attraction

What I have been working on for the last six months is something you may know.

I created this really cool 5-day free challenge that I hold on Facebook. It’s called The Lean Lady Challenge, and it has been awesome.

These girls that do this challenge are achieving amazing results and you can go and check it out on my review page. It has been phenomenal.

Some of these girls become my clients for my one-on-one health coaching program, but others don’t. Either way, I feel like it’s such a good thing because I am giving to so many women around the world, and it’s awesome to just know that I am making a difference in people’s lives.

I believe in the law of attraction. So, the more good that I put out there and help people, the more that’s going to come back and help build my business, my company, and the brand.

The other thing that I am working on is just one-on-one coaching. So often, when people join a certain program, it’s really a cookie-cutter system.

I do believe in the Ketogenic diet, Intermittent Fasting and lifting heavy stuff. But what I like to do with my girls is meet them where they at, and create an amazing program for them.

We are bio individuals. What works for one person is not going to work for another.

I love my girls, and really, it’s about helping them change their mindset and helping them with self-care because literally, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

What is the first thing that we give up? It’s us. We just give up our self-care.

I am going to challenge you to figure out what is stopping you. What do you need to do to make sure that you can fit in your workout every day?

If you do not love working out, I always say that you’re doing it wrong.

What do you love so much that you would do it every single day?

That is the way that we can create a healthy habit. We find what we love doing that we look forward to doing it.

One of my favorite ways is to have a workout buddy. Have somebody that’s going to keep you accountable every day to make sure that you get it done.

We also know that only 20% of your results are going to come from the gym.

You cannot outrun your fork

The real important to me is really aging. It’s not about weight, it’s so much about health.

  2. Who do you know that would be a good success story for me to interview? And who do you know would be a good expert for me to interview?
