New Favorite Green Smoothie

A couple months ago, I went to the San Jose Fitness Expo and was introduced to this amazing new protein powder and have been using it in my breakfast green smoothie. The cows have never been treated with antibiotics or bovine growth hormones.

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup frozen organic strawberries (from my garden)
• 1 scoop Grass Fed Whey Protein by BioHealth.
• 1T ground flax
• 2 handfuls of greens
• shake of cinnamon and turmeric
• Blend until smooth.
