These are the hands-down favorite appetizer I bring to parties. and they are so simple to make.
Jalapeno poppers are naturally keto, but this bacon gives it a boost of flavor.
Start with 15 jalapenos to make 30 servings.
Using gloves, slice them in half and remove seeds.
Mix 2 packages of cream cheese together and add 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp coriander.
Slice 15 pieces of bacon in half.
Stuff jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture and roll bacon half around each.
Convect at 375 for about 30 minutes or until bacon is done to desired crispness. I live it really crispy. If you don’t have a convect setting, it will probably take about 40 minutes or so.
