Here’s how:
1 Head Kale
1-2 T Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 275. De-stem kale leaves by holding stem and pulling leaves up the stalk. Tear into large bite sized pieces. Toss in olive oil and spread on jellyroll pan in single layer. Sprinkle with salt and bake 15 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until crisp.
