How to Use Intermittent Fasting for WEIGHT LOSS

Do you want to lose weight and burn your belly fat? In this video, I am going to share 3 tips on how to use intermittent fasting for weight loss.

These fasting tips are effective, and this video is the perfect guide for you.

I want you to take everything that you thought about eating three small meals and three small snacks a day and shove it aside. That is absolutely old school!

Som how do we do intermittent fasting so that we can drop some pounds of fat?

Tip 1:

Push out your breakfast as long as possible.

Ideally, you want to keep your eating window to about eight hours.

The first thing I do in the morning is wake up, have 16 ounces of water and then I make a cup of coffee and I add one teaspoon of MCT oil and a little bit of monk fruit liquid drops, whip it up in the blender so it’s nice and frothy like a latte and that will take away those hunger cravings (if you even have them) then I head out to the gym to go do my workout so I’m burning through any remaining glucose from the day before and then, I am now in fat-burning mode.

Tip 2:

After you’ve mastered the 16/8 which is 16 hours of fasting and eight hours of feeding, then you’re going to
shrink the feeding side and increase the fasting side.

So the next step is you could do fasting for 18 hours and feeding for six hours.

So what would that look like?

Now you have lunch at 12 and you have dinner at six, so your meal times are only in a window of six hours.

Also, the best thing to do is to eliminate snacking. When you’re eating, your digestive system takes a lot of your energy and you want your body’s energy to spent doing other things besides digesting food such as; healing.

Tip 3:

The third step that you can weave in every once in a while or maybe just once a week is what we call, OMAD.

Meaning, your eating window is now one hour so you would just have one meal a day.

But you don’t want to do that too often because you will not get enough calories or protein but it is okay to do it just like once a week or even on vacation so you can really enjoy your dinner when you’re out and away.

Hope these tips help you guys!
