Today we are going to talk about the Phytoestrin that you can find in all different places. From your food to your environment.
Debbie:
Our estrogen-progesterone hormones are balanced.
With all the plastics, we are getting all the phytoestrogen. So, our estrogen level is going up and our progesterone is not going up which are causing all kinds of problems like, gynecomastia, fertility problems, and mood problems.
There are chemicals in the air, in our food and water, and what they are doing is, they are mimicking the estrogen molecule.
There are other bad things that too much estrogen causes like decrease in sperm production, testicular cancer, and breast cancer.
What we don’t realize is, estrogen is also found in foods like flaxseed, and alcohol. Too much insulin and soy will increase your estrogen production.
The amount of phytoestrogen you are getting in soy is so astronomical.
100 grams of beef that is not grass-fed has 1.7 nanograms of phytoestrogen.
Tofu has 22 million nanograms which are so high.
Tracee:
That is why we do not eat soy and we do not recommend any amount of soy, If you are a die-hard vegan, then tempeh is the least harmful, but we prefer animal proteins with all 20 amino acids.
Another contributor to phytoestrin is plastic.
They take out the BPA and they replace it with BPS which is ten times as toxic, and that is a definite phytoestrin.
The last phytoestrin is in scented candles or even perfumes.
Debbie:
Our largest organ is our skin, and you will be amazed at how much you absorbed in your skin.
Anything that smells good in your creams, it is phytoestrogen. Even your scented candles, fabric softener, or the home freshener that you plugged in.

To summarize, please ditch the soy, flaxseed, plastics, and all scented candles, body sprays, and laundry additives.
Essential oils are a great replacement.
