Are You Drinking Enough Water?

I LOVE ICE WATER! There I said it! Almost as much as wine!

75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated! That is CRAZY! Water is available most everywhere. It’s not like when I was a kid, and we had to drink out of a hose, or a drinking fountain. You can buy water bottles everywhere! Of course that is not what I recommend…..i hate those plastic things. You don’t even know how long that water has been sitting in there…..but they are better than dehydration! Ok enough with the rant!

Drinking Water is very important – see from the experts!

  • Web MD says: balance body fluids, control calories, energize muscles, skin looks good, helps kidneys, normal bowel function (and we know good poops are essential)
  • Mayo Clinic says: flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells, provides a moist environment for your ears, nose and throat.
  • The Center for Disease Control says: lubricates and cushions your joints, protects your spinal cord and other essential tissues, gets rid of wastes through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements.

Drink your water, skip the sodas, and limit the others!
