I love chocolate just as much as the next girl. But I don’t usually keep it in the house (too tempting)
However many of my clients want that sweet treat after dinner so I have been brainstorming a yummy chocolaty dessert that is simple and HEALTHY!
Are you ready?
My Two Ingredient chocolate protein pudding.
Either make your own homemade greek yogurt or purchase a large organic greek yogurt. If you make it from scratch, your can strain it overnight so the yogurt is really thick. You can either dump the whey or use it as a base for green smoothies.
If you choose to purchase greek yogurt, not worries, just strain it using a cheesecloth or coffee filters until it gets nice and thick.

This would make 2 servings so divide into 2 separate glass containers and eat 1/2 for your AM snack and 1/2 for your PM snack.
If my calculations are correct (you never know) each serving should have 160 calories, 3g fat, 6g carbs, and 27g protein.
Scarf down some carrots before (to get in your veggie serving) and you can add 6 chopped almonds for a low carb day, or throw in a cup sliced strawberries for a high carb day.
