There is a restaurant in Morgan Hill called Noah’s, and I absolutely LOVE their Chinese Chicken Salad. So I was determined to try and find a recipe that was similar.

Enter the Bobby Flay Chinese Chicken Salad – AMAZING. The only problem is… it’s not keto!

Well, when you love a recipe, and you want to ketofy it, you go to work and experiment on a tasty recipe makeover.
