5 Tips to Detox in the Bathroom

WATCH THE VIDEO – OR READ THE NOTES

Fall and Spring are both great times to cleanse and detox your body.

Today we are going to talk about how you can cleanse in the bathroom and I have five easy ways to do that.

The first one is dry brushing.
You want to use a soft bristled brush and brush your skin because your skin is your largest organ.
Sorry guys, I knew that you had something else in mind …but it is your skin. 🤣

So what you want to do is want to brush all of your limbs toward your heart. This helps you, in a crazy way, with lymphatic drainage. Since your skin is your largest organ, it also helps with the cleansing of your skin to get all of those old cells off of your skin so that your new cells can turn over and you can glow.

So dry brushing is always my favorite first step.

Another great thing is when you’re finished dry brushing, you can take a clay bath.

This is magnetic clay and it’s very good too for drawing impurities out of your system. Remember, there are different ways to eliminate all of the bad toxins in your system.

One of them is through elimination, through your bowels and urine.

Number two is through your skin. Through the pores in your skin. The magnetic clay helps draw out all of the toxins from your skin. Epsom salts and magnesium flakes work well too.

Number three is a coffee enema.  I’m not going to show you how to do it because it’s a little gross but it helps detoxify your liver.

There is a coffee enema bucket and they use this at a lot of different therapy centers. What you do is, you fill the bucket with lukewarm organic coffee. Then you hang it up higher than your body, so that the gravity could flow it down. Next, you insert the long tube up your bum and then you open the valve. Once you are feeling the need to eliminate. You close the valve, remove the tube and hit the potty.

Make sure you hold it in there as long as you can before you eliminate. Repeat this a few times until the coffee is empty. There’s  a little insertion tip that you put over the tube so that it’s easy to get in there. I know it’s a little gross but if you have a toxic or fatty liver this might really help you.

Number four is near-infrared light. I don’t have an infrared sauna but what I did was a jerry-rigged a really cool thing with near infrared lights and it cost me practically nothing so you can do that. After I’m done with the bath, I will go and sit in front of the red lights. I will let the red lights do their magic and I’m telling you, red light therapy is really healing and detoxifying.

I’m sure you’re familiar with the fascia blaster there is a mini and full size, original fascia blaster
. If you don’t know who Ashley Black is, then you must have been hiding under a rock because she is all over the place. Fascia is the connective tissue underneath your skin and it is what causes the dimpled effect that you see and that you think is cellulite.

The webbing of the fascia is actually pushing down underneath the skin and the fat is popping up and that’s what gives you the appearance of cellulite. So when you’re in front of the red light therapy, it’s really fun to do a fascia blasting session. So that is a bonus tip.

Number five is a steam shower. Steam therapy is another type of therapy that’s really good for a cleanse. It opens up all those pores and the toxins can pour out because you’re going to sweat in there. It’s hot and gets up to 120 degrees, so you sweat and the steam opens up your pores and we let the toxins come out.

Let us know what you done what of these tips have you tried.
