4 ways to stop carbohydrate cravings

 

Can’t stop craving carbs? Do you have a carbohydrate addiction? Worry no more! Coach Debbie and I are going to share 4 ways on how to stop and control your carbohydrate cravings fast.

Tip 1:
Always have a ketogenic snack available for you.

There are amazing fat bombs recipes, and it does not only take away that sweet tooth craving but you are also getting a boost of energy.

If you are a salty craver, you can also eat a 4505 pork rinds.

Tip 2:
Don’t get too hungry.

Eat your meal, keep up with your electrolytes and stay hydrated!

Tip 3:
Be more mindful,

When you find yourself reaching for snacks, be more mindful and ask yourself, “what am I really feeling right now?”

Just check in with yourself.

If you are really hungry, you must be willing to eat a hard-boiled egg. If not, you are not really hungry.

Tip 4:
Make ice chips with a sugar-free drink mix.

This will give you satiation especially if you are watching TV.

You can also make keto shakes or keto smoothies.
