Meet Teddy Woolsey

Teddy is the Founder of RBLD Fitness (Pronounced “Rebuild Fitness”) and also works full-time as a Tech Sales Executive.

Teddy teaches his clients how to sustainably lose fat, build muscle, and find the balance between hard work and joy in their lives.

He is passionate about simplifying the fundamentals of exercise science, nutrition, behavioral science for his clients to promote long-term changes to their minds and bodies.

When he’s not working, he’s probably binging a true crime documentary or exploring New York City with his wife and dog.
